Order Status
If you want to check on the progress of your order, please log in to your Sherwood Universal account and click on 'Order History'. Locate the order you would like an update for and click 'View Detail'.
On this page, you'll see all the key details relating to your order including and estimated delivery date.
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please keep in mind this is an estimate. While we do always endeavour to deliver on or before this date there are many factors that may cause a slight delay.
If your order hasn’t arrived three working days after the estimated delivery date please get in touch with our customer service term who will be happy to investigate.
